Payments

The total amount of the reservation must be transferred 14 days before the arrival date.

Reservations
Reservations can only be made by persons of at least 18 years of age.
Our B&B is not suitable for small children. Children from 14 years are very welcome.

Breakfast
Self-service breakfast (ready in the fridge). Can be reserved by e-mail up to two days before arrival. Costs: € 10.00 p.p.p.n.

During your stay
• Check-in: between 13:30 and 18:00. Deviating times must be discussed with the owner in advance.
• Check-out: please respect the check-out time: 10.30 am.
• Wifi is available free of charge in the entire apartment.
• Pets are not allowed.
• It is forbidden to smoke in the entire apartment.
• Using, dealing and/or possessing drugs is strictly prohibited.
• Products available: Bed linen (bed and sofa bed), coffee, tea, towels, hairdryer, shampoo and shower foam are available.

Liability
• We are in no way liable for any form of damage, loss or theft of property belonging to our guests.
• If damage is caused to the apartment or its furnishings during your stay, you must notify us. The costs will be recovered from the perpetrator.

Nuisance and damage
• In case of violation of our conditions and inappropriate behavior, we can immediately deny and/or refuse guests access to our accommodation, without further notice and reason and without refund of accommodation costs.
• We will charge you € 100 if you lose our keys.
• In the event that non-removable stains appear in the mattress, duvet, bedspread and decorative pillows or towels during the overnight stay, we will charge the resulting cleaning costs and/or costs for replacing the materials to the customer.
• On departure, the rooms (including the kitchen) must be left clean and tidy.

Cancellation
• You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
• You pay the total price of the reservation if you cancel within 14 days before arrival.
• In case of a no-show you pay the total price of the reservation.

Parking suggestions (www.parkeren-denbosch.nl)
• Public parking garage St. Josephstraat. At 150 meters walking distance from the B&B.
24h/€20.
• Transferium De Vliert. Bus stop is also 150 meters walking distance. Rate is € 4.50.

Bicycle storage
Unfortunately, there is no bicycle parking available. There are guarded, free bicycle sheds in the immediate area.
